Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Test Results
Please telephone for any results after 2pm and try NOT to telephone during morning or evening surgery when the staff on the desk are extremely busy. We would appreciate your consideration in this matter.

prescriptionsRepeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

  1. By post. Send us your computerised slip marking the items required, together with a stamped self addressed envelope.
  2. Personally. Leave your computer slip in the prescription boxes which are provided at each surgery. These will be processed ready for collection.
  3. By chemist. Some of the local chemists are happy to order, collect and prepare your repeat medication themselves. If you wish to use this facility you will need to make arrangements directly with the chemist of your choice.
  4. Online via this website - PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SURGERY TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM

Prescription requests handed in before 10.30am between Monday and Friday will be ready for collection within 48 hours

REPEAT PRESCRIPTION DETAILS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OVER THE TELEPHONE.
